Gord Strilchuk
Vice President, Signals & Communications Canada

Gord Strilchuk leads more than 100 supervisory, union and non-union staff in the construction, installation and maintenance of railway signals and communication equipment. His responsibilities have included the installation of a crossing warning system on GO Transit’s Barrie Line as well as the $7.2 million Edmonton light rail transit expansion. Gord came to PNR RailWorks in 2004 after more than 30 years with Canadian National, where he recently had worked with CN Capital Planning, coordinating the budgeting and implementation of capital signal programs in eastern Canada. He is a past officer for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, having served as secretary-treasurer and as local chairman.
